Documentation of the yearly prairie burn that has taken place at the Battle Creek Outdoor Education Center for over twenty-five years. Many of our ecological landscapes evolved with fire and many species still depend on fire to maintain this habitat. Prescribed burning is tool that environmental stewards use to reintroduce fire into the landscape.
