This lighthearted community project was a collaboration between me and my students in a public art class. We were looking at ways to engage with our community beyond public art that is static such as murals or public sculptures. This project lasted several months as students continued to make and refill the tiny clay animal machine for the public events it traveled to throughout the summer months.
